Refunds & returns

Spices are food. Opened pouches cannot be returned for a change of mind. We still make damaged or incorrect orders right.

Damaged or wrong item

Email byondspices@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order id, photos of the pouch and the packing, and a short note. We’ll replace the item or refund the line — your choice when stock allows.

Refund timing

Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method, usually in 5–7 business days after we approve. COD refunds are issued by UPI or bank transfer to the details you send us.

Quality

If a sealed pouch is clearly not what we packed (odour of dye, wrong spice, leaking seal), treat it as a wrong item — same 48-hour window. Store unopened pouches cool, dry, and away from sunlight.
