Terms of sale

By placing an order on this site you agree to buy food products from Beyond Spices for personal, non-wholesale use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The products

Spices are agricultural goods. Colour and aroma vary slightly by harvest. Pack size is 200g unless a bundle is specified. Prices are in INR and include taxes as displayed at checkout.

Orders

An order is accepted when you see the confirmation page (COD) or when Razorpay confirms payment (online). We may cancel if an address cannot be served, stock is unavailable, or payment fails — you’ll be told by email or WhatsApp.

Use

These spices are for cooking. Follow ordinary food-handling care. We are not liable for misuse, improper storage after delivery, or flavour preference. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
