Shipping policy

We ship across India with Delhivery as the courier partner. Until the Delhivery API token is connected, orders are packed by us and handed to the same network.

Charges

Flat ₹49 per order. Free shipping on carts of ₹500 and above. Checkout totals are calculated on the server from the live price list — what you pay is never taken from a browser estimate alone.

Timing

Typical window is 4–7 business days after dispatch. Remote pincodes can take longer. You can check a pin on the product page; when the Delhivery token is connected that check uses their serviceability API.

Tracking

After we book the shipment you’ll get a waybill. Track it on the Delhivery tracking page, or write byondspices@gmail.com with your order id.

Failed delivery

Keep your phone reachable. If a COD parcel returns unclaimed we may ask you to cover the return levy before we reship.
